Warm today with fewer storms. Hotter weather on into the weekend with even lower chances for any thundershowers!
TODAY: Quiet and warm most of the day with about a 30% chance of a few storms later this afternoon and evening. It is LESS likely today also that we'll see heavy rain or severe weather.
TONIGHT: Only a few clouds around through the overnight forecast. Temps will drop into the upper 50's and lower 60's for most of the lower elevations.
THURSDAY: Expect temps to be at least 5 degree hotter compared to today. Chances for storms will be lower as well. Only about a 10-20% chance of seeing any late day, early evening storms in eastern Colorado.
FRIDAY: Should be a mostly dry and even hotter day around here as we get ready for the weekend. A ridge of hot high pressure will continue to build in to the region resulting in hotter temps...and a drier atmosphere.\
SATURDAY: Very hot weather to start the weekend with almost no storms close to home.
SUNDAY: Equally hot weather to end the weekend with a 10-20% chance of late day storms.
MONDAY: Another 10-20% chance of a storm or two in eastern Colorado. Chances a touch better over the mountains. Temps should be about 3-5 degrees cooler compared to the weekend.
TUESDAY: Temps staying hot, but a little more moisture will work its way under the ridge of high pressure around Colorado giving us a slightly better chance of a few late day storms.
